Just arrived today and is definitely one of the more appealing coins I own - large flan, super strike, sharp details, clean surface and near perfect centering. In particular, I like the Nike design on the reverse similar to the reverse on the Alexander also posted below. Seleucid Kingdom. Antiochus IX Philopator.114/3-95 BC. AR Tetradrachm. 29mm, 16.52gr. Antioch Mint. Obv. Portrait facing right. Rev. Athena holding Nike. HGC 9, 1228i. NGC graded MS* Strike 5/5, Surface 5/5, Fine Style. Alexander I Balas Tetradrachm (previously posted).
Great additions, and while it's of a high grade, the style on your Alexander I Balas tetradrachm is what draws me to it the most.
Super coins. Your pic of the Balas is much better than the other one you posted. Exceptional style on that piece, well-done!
