Can you guys let me in on the secret?

I maxed out my $500.00 dollar Ebay Bucks limit in a couple days. I will have to open another account and see what happens.

Got all excited just now -- saw a message in my email saying "you have a special offer from eBay"! But it turned out to be yet another Bill Me Later promotion. They're going to have to do better than 1.5X eBay Bucks + $10 on one item if they want me to sign up for a real-life line of credit.

 

I receive the credit card offers all the time, probably at least once a week. I just delete them.

 

The other day I had an email from PayPal welcoming me into the new "PayPal Select": a special experience for our top customers. I'm guessing everyone had this because they would be in serious financial trouble if I was actually one of their top customers.

 

I didn't get the email

 

I got one, but it looks more like a sales pitch to me.

 

Just yesterday, I received an advert stating 50% More eBay Bucks PLUS an additional $10 if I would simply start using the "Bill Me Later" option of PayPal.

Declined.
