1 binary/trinary and 1 star note. cutting error. real or fake? help appreciated

    a guy at flea market had some bills for sale. these caught my eye. I weighed the good and bad and come up with that if these are not legit then to me it was worth the 35 I spent just to have as a specimen. thanks in advance

    Fake. From a sheet. Notes starting with 99 are from uncut sheets...

    Based on the serials, they look like they were cut from uncut sheets to appear as BEP errors.

    yeah definitely cut from a sheet. not even cut well either.
