I live in northern California and I rarely see them in change or in rolls. Can someone please give me the mintage on them? Thanks
Book was just giving you an easy way to find simple answers. He did this after you already had the answer. He was just trying to be helpful. Google is great for this type of stuff.
I suggest you buy a Red Book. It is the one book that every collector must own. BooksB4Coins is not a "bad" person for making that suggestion and your comment implies that he is. In the amount of time it took for the OP to start a thread to ask this question he could have found an answer on his own using any internet search engine. Had he owned a Red Book he would not have had to ask this question in the first place as that information and more is contained within its covers.
This is where we go for quick US coin mintage statistics: http://www.coincommunity.com/us_coin_facts/ It has all the coin mintages by date, mint location, and proofs. ~CWS
And what does it say if simple question cannot be respectfully answered without nonsense ensuing? I apologize if you're unable to take my response at face value, but my intent was sincere; I thought that instead of taking the time to start a thread, and then waiting for someone to look up and post the requested information, by simply googling you would have the answer almost immediately. Unfortunately for me, it appears that this unforgivable offense has somehow made me a "bad" member, so again, you have my apologies.
LOL. Whenever someone asks a question on a forum. Who doesn't [at least in their head] ask, "why didn't you just google it?". I think we can all agree it's not that big a deal. It doesn't hurt to ask, and it gets the Cointalk Community posting and involved in a discussion. ~CWS
