Don't know what this coin is at all or anything about it, I have no idea. Please Help

    Mystery Coin.jpg Obverse has a face that I dont know who, surrounded by 12 stars. Reverse at top has the initials, "J.R.M", at bottom has the word, "LYON". Also on the Reverse it has two stems with leaves on them & a symbol or something in center. About 1/4th smaller than dime. Please help me figure out what this is. any ideas at all can help. Thank you.

    It is a button rather than a coin. Lyon is the maker. Can't see the design of the reverse well, but he made a lot of them for latin america clothing resembling military.
