9 1122 is not an option, so 1222 10 yes 11 yes 12 yes 13 1171/8 Islambol. Pic is upside down. 14 1171/84 Islambol 15 1255/5 16 yes, 20 Para.
19) Is this just a very off-center Para? Are off-center strikes common in this series? I can't make out a date or mint mark.
21) Another off-center? I can't recognize any of the emblems or writing compared to the Ottoman coins - could this be Persian?
It reads "duribe fi" which means "minted in". It generally follows the "duribe fi [mint name] sene XXX" (sene means year) formula.
