1970 Mexico World Cup Medal

Anybody know about these? What it's worth, etc. I know it's silver, but cant find another anywhere.

Very cool! If my memory serves me right, senior year in high school we read a Mexican (Or maybe aztec) mythical story which I believe is depicted on the reverse of the medal where you have to throw a ball through a ring.

Its a little bigger than a morgan, much thicker though weighs 1.77 oz
