I found this coin today inside of a jar where I keep just a bunch of different coins, I was wondering of there was anything special about it? ImageUploadedByTapatalk1404689221.600273.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1404689232.682940.jpg

The reverse looks funky. I don't know the value but it is something to split apart from the rest just because the artistic design on the reverse is interesting.

Yours looks like it might have been removed from jewelry to me. I personally like New Zealand coins and I think it's a good area to collect.

I don't think that it was part of jewelry because there isn't a hole through the coin.

It looks like a soldering mark at the top to me. Maybe it's just the photo, but you can use melted metal to join two metal items together without making a hole and that's how it looks to me.
