I have posted some of my notes individually from this set but rather then piece meal Everything i will show you the complete award winning set which has a current GPA of 70.11
Congratulations on a great MPC collection. It brought back memories of my days using that series for daily purchases.
I used to use those too and brought some nice mint ones back with me and sent them in to be graded this year.
Believe it or not most are inexpensive but ones like above have big premiums attached because of how rare they our here,s a break down 5 Cents (68PPQ) Highest pop (8) 10 Cents (68PPQ) Highest pop (4) 25 Cents (68PPQ) Highest pop (3) 50 Cents(67PPQ) Second Highest pop (3) 9-68 $1 (68PPQ) Highest pop (6) $5 (68PPQ) Second Highest pop (3) 1- 69 $10(69PPQ) Highest pop (1) !! $20 (68PPQ) Highest pop (1) !! I have built this collection for over the past 17 years and have had the best set at PCGS For about 5 years now still have 2 to find The $10 and $20 are the big hitters because there the highest denomination And are the highest graded plus top of the pops, to date i have about 8k Invested with probably another $1,700 to secure the other two if i can even find Them
Thanks. The 53 and 55 had pinholes that I never saw until I held them up to the light after I got them back. Otherwise they were mint unc also. Just wish I had thought to bring more home but who would have known back then they would be collectable.
I would not say that especially the higher grade 50 cent notes, would say those would be worth atleast $175 each! and depending on the collector maybe more
