Due to a very busy schedule,& my inability to promote it,I have decided that the British Commonwealth Numismatic Project will be closed down.I will also be letting the registration of the domain name lapse,so if anyone else wants to pick it up,then they'd be more than welcome to do it.I have been unable to find a registrar over here that was able to offer me a favourable service for a fair price, which is a major contributing factor in my decision. I'd be more than happy to contribute information, but it will depend if someone else will reregister the domain name. Aidan.
Sorry to hear this. I know you put a lot of hard work and your heart into this project. Maybe it just wasn't time for such a grand project.
Thank you for your kind words.I had hoped to have been able to have used this as an education tool in addition to being a numismatic resource.I would have liked to have been one of the people to try & force Krause Publications to fix up their British Commonwealth listings. Aidan.
British Commonwealth Numismatic Forum could be closed down. Due to extremely poor support,I have decided to give myself until the end of April to see if things will improve on the British Commonwealth Numismatic Forum. If things do not improve,I will be forced to concede defeat & close the whole forum down.Trying to contact some members to change over their user names to the new Real Names Policy has been a real hassle,& I am getting really tired of it.I have also been unable to promote it as well. Aidan. One thread per subject please.
Aidan, dont lose heart.. I tried to post something ...but in vain.. has the username been changed? and I'm not getting any emails either.
Aidan, what can I say? Don`t give up - or if you want - uszy do gory! (it means "ears up!" - idiom = don`t give up)
