    Hello!

I am a newbie. My partner and I recently started collecting coins. When we found a lot of coins that are rare, we looked up online to see how much it is worth. There are a lot of various prices. We are unsure of which website to trust. So, I am in the deep need of a good chat with somebody.

By the way, we specialize in US Coins.

    Thanks!

    Jeffrey

If you can take a pic of both sides as straight on and as clear as you can , then post them in the What's it worth section , or US coin sections you'll get many answers with most being correct . Remember in any forum you have people that know what they're talking about and those that like to think that they do . Luckily you came to one of the best forums with many helpful and knowledgeable people . Also it would do you good to buy a grading book and a Red book . The Red Book is great for all the information it contains , but the prices are usually a bit high , you will learn that 2 of the same type year and mint mark can be in the same grade but one will be worth more than the other . So lets see those coins . You'll get better results with posting one or two at a time rather than a lot together . Happy collecting .

I would suggest using this site as one of your resources and especially go to the "resource" tab and use the photograde tool. You can even download to your PHONE. This prices are just a reference.
