For anyone interested I did find the answers....that coin was issued under King Augustus II, King of Poland, Grand Duke of Lithuania and Elector of Saxony, where that coin was issued.

6 groszy. Vilna Mint. Ruler: Augustas II as the Polish King and the Grand Duke of Lithuania. Silver. A coins of this type were released at 1706 & 1707 only. My ancestors were a Polish noblemen and many of them lived in Lithuania.
    Regards.
