That is a good one but the intent was private issue coins made to fill a need for circulating coinage when the government was not able to meet the need. Rather the opposite. The quarter is a type 1 with bare breast while the Venus is showing more than the usual amount of backside. The first two are both nickel alloy coins.
How did I not see this thread until today? There is something in common with these two coins. They are both made of silver!
