1927 George V Wreath Crown

    I slabed this coin last year. I just thought it would get a higher grade but only PF62. A little disappointing!
    It is really a nice big silver. I think the design of the reverse is among the most beautiful ones of British coins.

    Yes it is! I have 1932, 33, 34 and 36 examples. Gorgeous coins.

    I think the US grading companies either don't know how to grade UK coinage, or don't care, because I have seen far poorer examples of US coins being slabbed at 65 and above!

    I think that this is a proof with mintage of 15,030---very nice coin
