I believe this 1990 P Roosevelt Dime is off center. If it is, can anyone tell me what percentage it is off center, if possible? Thanks in advance!

    rickmp Frequently flatulent.

Struck with a misaligned obverse die. No more than 5%.

I'm guessing misaligned die, also, not side-to-side, but at an angle to the bottom die. The reason is there is some weakness at the bottom of the reverse, which would be the opposite side of the raised top on the obverse.

Like Rick said, it's a misaligned die. If it had been struck off-center, then both sides would have the same O/C strike.
