If Mr. Potter was adamant that it would be a “new listing” as a doubled die with CONECA, I wish you would consider submitting it to James Wiles for attribution.

Personally, from your photos, I just don’t see it but again, I’m not looking at it in hand.

The best of luck to you and I hope you get a response other then “too minor to list” when you submit the coin to Dr. Wiles. But if you do get the “too minor to list” observation back form Dr. Wiles, don’t get discouraged, most collectors that submit coins to James Wiles have all seen the dreaded line “Too minor to list” at one time or another so you would be in good company.
