Indian Cent Clipped Planchet and Corroded?

1907 Indian cent with a nice clipped planchet, but it has a lot of small bubbles all over it. Is this corrosion, or what is going on?

And maybe a possible doubled date? Look to the right of the 9 and 0.

 

If it is a double date, then that would be a double error! cool find.

 

I don't think the coin is real.

 

Do you think it's from the bumps all over?

The date looks off and the bubbles make me thing it's cast. I'm going to say it's fake.

 

Owner says it's oxidation from when it was buried. Anyone agree with this?

 

Look at the U as well. The 7 don't look right to me. I would have to take a long look at this coin before a purchase.

 

Take a very long look and time, this coin has numerous problems, there are no other none 1907 with the double punch date, almost every letter is suspect, and the bubbles look like the result of casting.
