Ancient: New Sestertius

    Latest coin to share is a sestertius of Severus Alexander I have had for over a month. Im still very cautious getting these due to good fakes.

    I like the color on this pond skipper, and I've always like this Spes reverse with the flower. It kinda reminds me of the 1960's and the "flower" generation.

    fat and phat....just the way I like 'em. I like the flirty skirt raise on the reverse as well. :D

    ... yah, I love the feelin' of those big babies in-hand (very cool addition)

    Ummm, I also have a couple of big Severus Alexanders to toss into your sweet thread ... neither are sestertii, but both are big and plump and kinda cool ...
