Surprisingly for all of the monograms I have, I never managed to pick up one of Emperor Anastasius until quite recently; knowing how common they are, I left this task on the backburner, until I decided to purchase this nice one. His monogrammed bronze nummi are from the pre-coinage reform period of his reign (491-498 AD).

    Anastasius, Byzantine emperor
Obv: DN A-NAS, pearl-diademed, draped bust right
Rev: Monogram of Anastasius within circle
    Mint: Constantinople (struck 491-498 AD)
    Ref: SB 13

Too bad it's broken/not centered. The devises seem to be very well defined.

Yeah. I couldn't really splurge more money on a better one, so for its price ($22 shipped), it isn't bad, especially thinking about all the worse ones out there. It's fine for now until I'm off the wagon and able to get a better one.
