I never had that problem with them. I've heard of the problem with mintproducts.com where they delay shipping mainly with bullion coins. I stick with the non bullion coins, which ship out the next business day in my experience. I have done exchanges with them too which worked out perfectly.

With bullion coins, I like to buy them from Eastern Numismatics since they're a US Mint authorized purchaser and the premium I pay tends to be the least from them when compared to other dealers that I buy from.

  3. They mistakenly advertised graded ASEs for between $5-10. Some of the folks that purchased them for that price were not happy and left very negative feedback.

Automated listing errors where Silver Eagles in MS70 were inadvertently listed as $5 and $10 buy it now's.

Word got out on some of the Coin forums and the chase was on which ultimately ended with Silvertowne canceling the transactions and receiving a bunch of negative feedback for doing so.

    Nah.

    1. They are too professional
    2. The negs they received didn't even begin to assault their seller status much less their reputation. I estimated 45 negs out of 53,103 total feedback.

Hardly grounds for a lawsuit which would be trivial at best.

Not to mention the fact that those buyers knew exactly what had happened with the listings yet took advantage of the opportunity to kick Silvertowne any way.
