stumped on pictures

    i have been trying to take somne picture of my coins for a while i have tried preatty much every thing. also i searched pictures in forum seach and found nothing i have tried many things but i just get the coins clear. is there a certin setting or a certain backround it has to be in




    any information would be greatly accepted

    Well - what kind of camera are you using, what settings are you using, are you using a tripod or hand-held, what kind of lights are you using, does the camera have a macro mode and at what distance are you trying to take the pictures ?

    The reason I am asking the questions is because we can't explain to you how to take better pictures unless we know exactly what you are doing now.

    I second that statement. These are basic needs before we take pics..also make sure you set the white balance (if you have that ability) to your lighting. You can always adjust afterwards in PS or Image Maker.. or whatever you have...
