Just purchased this coin in PR-70 High Relief state from APMEX. Description said it was 39MM in Diameter, however when I received mine yesterday, the coin is clearly smaller, yet the NGC slab is double thick than most. Coin still says 1oz silver. I did as much research as I could and see there are variable diameters i.e. 35, 39, 30. This mintage is limited to 1000, and I was wondering if anyone out there can explain to me why one mintage would have varying diameters.

    Thanks for your help.

The link above is a variation of the coin I got, but says 35.1 mm in diameter. The coin I got from APMEX, which states 39MM, is below, but the actual one APMEX sent me is smaller.
