Possible off center quarter?

    While looking through my quarters tonight I found a 1981nWashington quarter that appears to be off center. The Liberty over the top seems to almost be coming off of the top of the coin. I was wondering if anyone could offer some insight on this?

    Is the other side offset in the same direction as well?

    If so, it is a minor off-center error.

    If not, it is a minor misaligned obverse die.

    The other side looks like a normal Washington. Does the minor misaligned obverse die make it worth anything more than FV?

    part of the design has to be off the coin in order for it to get a premium. This is worth a quarter.
