I've seen this coin before in another thread. It's still a poor plating job and struck with a seriously deteriorated die. You've got a cent there, nothing more. Another post will not get another answer.
Well I didn't even realize I had used this penny to ask how it would grade on a different thread till you just pointed that out. But this is a totally different question and I didnt notice it or take pics of the lettering until today but thanks for your thoughts anyways.

Actually I was able to see them using a different phone... just cant see them on my phone for some reason. Actually I cant see anyones pictures using my phone.
my home computer won't let me see any pics either... getting security warnings.... but I can see them from someone elses computer.... kinda scary
