    Howdy all,

How about this for a deal?

    2004 & 2005 Mint sets for $129.96

Quite cute, as they started with just the 2004 and talked about how they'd seen it for $149 and $125 and then they 'thru in the 2005' for FREE!

Is this a great country, or what?

    peace,

    rono

The price you are selling the is a disgrace The Mint has them for 25.95. I can understand you should make a few dollars but you do not have to rip people off charging double. Specially when they are still available from the mint. Dealers like your company is what give coin dealers a bad name. STOP ripping people
Go to any coin forum and you will see people talk how bad your deals are I will be calling Mr. White from the Mint to voice my concerns

They are such generous people! lol j/k They are a bunch of conartists if you ask me. I wonder how many of them actually collect coins. They're just in it for the money.

I love when the networks compare their prices to "the leading numismatic catalogues." They are usually refering to Littleton, whose prices we all know are outrageously high themselves.

Plus, every lot the TV people offer is hyped up as "the deal of the century."

Is that who they use, I always wondered where they got those high prices for common dates.

I saw that show this morning. It is great to watch in the morning when I am trying to get ready for work and before the caffiene does its work.

Anyhow they were showing the presidential coins that they have in hand and no one else in the world has them according to the big guy.. They are not going to take orders on them till friday night and everyone should be ready to order while there are still millions available. My guess is that chambers and that guy that sells knifes and football helmets will be selling the $25 rolls for around $39.98 for something that most can pick up for face value.

    Howdy,

Littleton? Geez, some of the outrageous prices they quote as having seen, I always assumed it was those rags you get on the airplanes. Or perhaps on the back of your gas card envelope - you know the coin deals that Exxon Mobile offer you.

My guess for the pres dollars is the latter above - $49.95 plus s&h.

They've always tended toward twice retail, particularly for stuff that's still available at face.

    bottom feeding swine,

Hey but it will be available on Strech-pay... 2 payments of 24.99 each... believe it or not folks, each payment is actually below face value! If you look at the 1st state quarter folks, we now sell the original mint rolls at $500 a piece, so get these while they are still affordable!
Three weeks back they tried to peddle the 2006 W ASE Unc as, "This coin is 20 times rarer than the 2006 Unc... so that means once prices stabilize this will be worth 20x20= $400! And folks, todays amazing deal is for just $99.99...." Nice marketing!

they did sell the P and D rolls for 99 dollars and some change on flex pay. think i underestimate how those dudes could push coin. I watched the first part of it while I was enjoying my favorite beverage and man i love it when they brought out that box of $1000 dollars with the warning that it was not to be open till Feb 15th. It was reported by them it was a serious violation to do so but they had special permission. After i check my calendar I relized that Man you have got to give them credit they can talk themselves in and out of thing i can only imagine.

If I were the other (what every you want to call them) tv dealers think i would be highly ill.
