Ebay Removed International Visibility From My Listings

Today I have nineteen emails saying eBay removed the international visibility from some of my coin listings. I've sold the exact same coins or others like them without any trouble internationally for months. What is going on here? They are coins from France, Belgium, Great Britain, India, the Philippines, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and the Netherlands. But I have other active listings from the same countries that are still active. What's going on? Here is a sample of one of the emails:

You recently created or revised this eBay listing that included the International Site Visibility feature:

261504883031 1953 France 50 francs coin - low shipping cost,

However, we had to remove International Site Visibility from your listing. Of course, we won't be charging you the fee for it.

Because the laws and eBay policies vary by country, sometimes items that can be listed in your country can't be listed internationally. It's also possible that the listing itself violated an eBay policy in another country. In situations like this, we automatically remove the International Site Visibility feature from the listing.

We're sorry for the inconvenience this causes.

Good of them to tell you why isn`t it.
You could try re-signing the International Trading Policy Agreement, they might have unhooked you.
I`ve had a similar problem for weeks, I list with international visibility and for my items to be seen in USA, Canada, & Australia I have to offer a shipping price for those countries.
They show up everywhere except the US, if you do a search for one of my items and find say a US coin then click "See other items" it shows no other listings, so I can`t sell multiple items to US buyers unless they see them on my Auctiva scrolling gallery.
I have called ebay every week and they have no answer.

I feel like this could be one uninformed employee checking my recent listings and taking them down out of ignorance. There is no logical reason for this. If it is just 18 items it probably won't hurt me, but if it's a trend then it will be a big problem since I sell world coins and I do get a lot of international buyers.

I do have a shipping price listed for international. It's a flat rate for everywhere. I don't know if I ever signed that agreement, and if not I wouldn't know where to do so.

This reminds me of the time earlier this year when I got a message from them saying my account was locked and I needed to call them to find out why. So I called and the person I talked to couldn't figure out why it was locked and unlocked it. I guess they just felt like talking to me.

I got this as well. All I did was relist an item the same as ever before. There was no international availability on it. Who knows???

No, I need a UK account to access that page.
I was looking briefly at eBay's discussion boards and it looks like other people are seeing this today too. I'm at work so I didn't have time to look into it more, but I plan to later.

More ebay random glitchyness. It will get fixed soon enough.
