You didn't tell us how big a sheet you want: 32, 16, 8, or 4 bills. Big difference. Ebay listing, $3.50 per bill postpaid. Government (sheet of 32 for $61 postpaid), $1.91 per bill postpaid.
As mentioned above, your best bet for a full sheet will be directly from the BEP to avoid any markups. Well, unless your careful. The one and only full sheet in $1 I found on eBay was just under the BEP price at $50 back when BEP was selling them for $52. Correct me if I'm wrong on that. I'm also guessing "full sheet" will someday change from 32 notes to 50 notes.
