2007 Proof Sets ?

I just saw this figure and was amazed.

If you collect every different coin the mint produces for 2007 you would have to collect 91 coins.

No wonder they have to increase prices for all the sets, they keep making more series.

 

But they didn't increase all the prices. Half of the announced prices went down. Only sets with silver or additional coins went up.

 

I wish they would show some previews of the sets... You know they have to know what they are going to do....

I think it would help build interest...

I would not think they would make a silver proof version of these coins. Because if I understand it right these are going to be the same as the Sacs, in color and metal. And they don't make a silver Sac. I kinda wished they would make them in silver as the Sacs, are very hard too store and keep preserved. they stain easily and pit just about as easy as they stain. sort of a pain to keep them in good shape. Just my humble 2 cents of course I could be wrong

 

The proof set is scheduled for an April release. The Unc. set release date has not been scheduled yet.

So what else is new? Actually, according to the bill that passed the House, there would be SIX quarters in 2009, however the senate is dead set against this, and there was a private hold on the bill in the last three congresses. If that senator is still the senate, then the program is over.

 

additional quarters

why not add iraq and afghanistan to our quarters.

 

We enumerated them in a thread on the NGC forum and reached 118 coins, then on the PCGS forum they came up with a few I missed. Latest count is 127 different coins for 2007.

 

127 Unique coins or if you bought one of every product offered you'd have 127 coins...

I guess thats throwin in one of each size and flavor Bullion coins in each finish too( S, G, P) (1/10th 1/4, 1/2, 1) (Proof/Uncirc) thats where its going to add up in coins and cost...
