    Bob:
Pick a collection that you like (that is like the design) and stick to it for a while, just enjoy the hunt.
Silver is about 8 to 9 times face, wheaties generally about 3 cents each.

welcome bob! wheat cents are usually worth around 5 cents each. the 1919 might be worth 15 cents, and the 1913 is worth somewhere around 75 cents. you need to give the dates of the murcury dimes. generally, for the commom dates, they are worth just melt, or around a buck each. the 1960, 1952, 1945, 1942 quarters are agin worth just melt, or around $3. the 1937 quarter is worth around $5. the 1964 JFK halves are worth melt, or $5 each. the 1992 silver eagle is worth around $10-$15. and i'm not sure about the 2007 eagle.

    Hey guys!

I have a set of 5 ten deutchmark silver coins from the 1972 Olympic Games. I bought them in Munich at the Games and they have been wrapped in a cloth ever since...I came across them today and wondered what they might be worth now.

    Bob,

There's a lot to choose from with silver. You could get a morgan or peace dollar, franklin half dollar, walking liberty half dollar, or be daring and get a silver maple leaf from Canada. The possibilities are almost endless.

the franklen halveswhen complete makes a very nice set to look through.pluss the fact that there are three mint marks for my birth year makes it better.
