    Definitely real, and I agree with Topcat. Looks like it was brilloed to death---tons of scratches.

    This one I'm saying 95% it's real harshly cleaned too bad cause it looked like a pl beauty if it's a fake it's the best one ivever seen

    I'm very suspicious of this one. I don't like the dentils, there are metal blobs on Liberty's neck and clothing, and possibly some raised metal just inside the dentils at about 2:00. some of the lettering looks "fat" on the reverse. (It's hard to tell if I'm looking at raised blobs or small dings however). The whole surface looks scrubbed which forgers will sometimes do to remove raised metal or residues. Could be real but I lean towards fake.

    I am just guessing it is a fake - when I first saw the obverse I thought something was off. But really have no clue with these.

    how much does it weigh ? is it magnetic ? did you do a density test?? have you done an xray or acid test..??

    I had this one as an AU-50. PCGS gave it a straight grade. AU-58.

    Very nice I thought it would grade cleaned again hard telling not in hand is a pretty coin I was pretty confident on being real

    Because the marks we thought were cleaning are die polish.

    Larry , I think PCGS was pretty close , I'd of went AU-55 .

    I agree with the grade I thought 55-58 but it looked cleaned in the pic it's also semi pl not seeing in hand is it die polish lines?
