I think its real just been cleaned

 

I am about 80% sure this one is real. TC

 

I agree looks real but has hair lines.

Would that coin get the harshly cleaned moniker from the TPG's?

 

In my opinion yes would grade details improperly cleaned

 

For how much these go for I won't touch one that not authenticated by one of the TPG's. And even the cleaned good deals in some cases are cleaned to hide the fact that their not real. So it is truly buyer beware anymore.

 

This one looks reasonably real. Details coin.

 

I think this is a fake. It looks like a obverse #1 which would be wrong for the date.

 

Another tough one. I don't think the dentils look right, the olive branch looks soft/blobby, some of Liberty's hair details don't look right to me. I'm suspicious but it's the kind of coin I might take a shot at on eBay raw but scrutinize closely in hand.

I knew that. For the life of me I don't know why I thought this was a later date when I posted. Senility starting to set in I guess.

 

I'm inclined to say real , but like ksparrow said , I don't like the dentils . I wonder if it's the pic ?

Real on this one - still not 100% sure.

 

It's ok. we have meds for that.
