I would think for the golden toning on the surface looks beautiful to me but not for those people which to prefer clean shining luster surface like you there.Thank you
Looks like a coin that was in an envelope for a while. This toning is often found on modern clad and nickel coinage.
Nice coin. Singapore copper nickel coins often tone this color. The Uncs are underappreciated because they appear in mint sets but the mint sts are mostly low mintage.
I would think for the golden toning surface is not possible occur by placing it into the envelope but it was happened due to the air oxidation and huminity after years which keeping it to the personal album and it is my opinion for you there.
It is considered as beautiful coin no matter what because it is the only piece which has the colour for it as golden toning surface among millions of them after few hundreds pieces that for I have seen everywhere on the websites right now there.
I would think for the beautiful golden toning on the surface is extremely rare piece because the piece to be discovered among millions of them to be honest with you.
