Brutal ... man, I feel like I'm in Junior High all over again!! ...

I thought he meant at the dance. :arghh:

Question: Should we expect the coins used to be in our collections or stated whether or not they are? If we are using something like Uranus Antoninus or Romulus Augustulus, I almost feel there should be a disclaimer "not my coin".

=> ahahaha ... yah, I did ... it was supposed to insinuate how many times I got shot-down in the ol' "hunt for chicks" category ...

    ... either way ...

=> my choice of rulers was poor (*sigh*)

Well, that was the coin I used, I will consider doug correct, Uranus Antoninus.

    Your turn, Doug

As for the question, I think its a good idea if its our coin or not.

In that case, I'd like to say that the two I've posted so far are indeed mine

  18. My gut initially wanted to say Pertinax as well; or maybe a poorly struck Pescennius Niger, but the nose isn't as prominently rounded on the end like Pescennius.
The following is the main reason I believe it to be Clodius from the Lugdunum Mint (not my coin)

Doug, if you could post the Reverse of your coin as well when someone guesses correctly.

I'm confused, aren't Lyon and Lugdunum the same?

  20. This is where the frivolous "I hereby initiate a mint-fight." comment lies. Lugdunum is indeed modern day Lyons
