Bill was used to pay a debt. http://www.wheresgeorge.com/b:wSzosz2OUv&d This last-issue Series 1995 $5 had been obtained from an unknown source. It has a circular punch that may have been applied to it at a later date. Gave this bill to a friend at a pizza parlor.
