Satin finish Presidential $1 ????

Not that Im interested, but, I was wondering if they will be making the pres. $1 in satin finish for the mint sets.So there may be a total of 24 different coins every year if they make them in silver too.

howdy,

while there are many around here that will no more than I, so far, I haven't seen where there will be any Silver, nor any Satin.

This would lead me to believe there will be P, D, and S in the 'gold tone' variety and stop.

however, this is our mint we're talking about and in this day of mass marketing and First Strikes and Early Releases, I could see them easily figuring out a way to sell some weird variety - probably only available as part of some set - you know the extra special, super delux premium legacy set with one of everything PLUS reverse proof presidentials - er, you know the drill.

However, as of this date, the only proofs will be golden tone and otherwise there will only be P and D.

Having just got my 1st Satin finish Nickles I have to say it would be a nice extra to have the Presidential series done this way as well

all mint sets are satin fininsh for now on i thought since 2005

 

They will not come out until late this year correct?
