    There are 32 total from P & D.

2 total is from a particular mint (D) and Position (B).

Does he say anywhere in this thread which mint and position this coin is?

It could be a P mint in which case there are 29 MS67s.

You may have been thinking proof.

Yes - Proof as I have a PR69 and that explains it. Nice coin either way.

I you go back and look at what I said in post #17, you will see that I said what you did. I just broke it down into position A and B.

I didn't see where he said his coin was a D though. $750 is guide price for D minted dollar with Position B. There is not guide price for the Position A example.

In your post #20, what were you looking at? You said there were only 2 P and D Lincoln's graded MS67

So the OP is told his coin is worth 5K and now the truth is that it's worth very little.
Someone needs to thing twice before posting.

no, if it was graded by pcgs, I could sell it, for that amount of money, I know someone building a registered set, and theres only 3 known, I'm pretty sure hes still looking for 1

Rick. Think about it. Even in a PCGS 67 slab the OP coin is not a 5K coin. You got something mixed up.

heres the way " I " say the price guide works, ( starts ) who ever sell the first coin, (within range of quality for price) for the highest graded 1, starts the price guide for that grade, that least for moderns coinages, that just my option, I sold the first Zachary Taylor, pos.B

So, say you have five $25 rolls of any of the Presidential coins that you bought at your bank when they were still available that way. What are the chances that any coin would come back MS67 ?

The bank is where I was collecting my from, even pcgs asked me where I was getting them at, but, when the bank stopped caring them, I stopped collecting them, I'll photo my collection today, some have to be sent in for a regrade, had them graded when they were released, now all fine lines are gone, natural patina is taking over
