1972 S Nickel (Circulated)

Found this roll hunting. It has an average number of scratches and dents but thought it still could be worth more than 5 cents? Is this worth keeping? It is a lot shinier than all the other circulated Nickels I have, are the SF mintages made from a different composition of metal?

I recently found a 68, 69 and 70 all "S" marked. Was wondering if they were worth anything more than face as well.
