Bolivia 1865 Silver "beehive" medal.

    I just won this medal and don't know anything about it.

    Can anybody shed some light on what this is? It almost looks a suspect to me, but I bought it anyway :)

    This is one of the proclamation series of the 1860's. There are a variety of designs. Usually they are holed, quite nice to have one that is not.
