Actually they are what drew me back in a year and one half ago. I was a collector as a child and then again in the late 70's. Sports Cards literally ruined coins and stamps for new collectors for a long time. In fact the recovery in coins is near miraculous. To answer your question Yes. I bought a roll of '22 & a roll of '23 Peace dollars with a 5 month return privilege from them back then. One of the rolls had a "S" mint in it so I realized it was not an original roll. I ended up returning that purchase, although they allowed me to hedge a rising silver market for 5 months, but I have spent some money in the coin community since. Probably we should not disrespect the messenger so badly. Advertising has a cost and for anyone who has been around for awhile they have made money, these folks helped you make that money. And they have at least doubled if not trebled or more the collecting community. Give respect where respect is due. Again advertising is not free!
<<watches Americas Auction network>> At least these guys dont roll coins back and forth in bare hands and they let the buyer set the prices.
I wonder if HSN owns ICG. Anyone notice that everything is ICG graded that they put on the air? I also chuckled listening to the BS about the 2006-W Silver Eagles. I guess they can fool some people as they sold a few of em.
No, they don't. They sell coins slabbed by everybody including NGC and PCGS. It just depends who gave them the best deal at any given time.
t v ads remembered t v ads is expensive. and t v ads is powerful too. so as to the price they offered to public. common sense.
