Nice, really nice. That is probably the one US coins I have always desired over all others, an AMERI. chain.

Just out of curiosity, would it slab? Details? Body bag? I'd think they might cut it a bit of slack.

 

I would think it would have to go into a "Details - Damaged" slab given that the scratches on the reverse were probably intentional and served no purpose.

Sadly, I only had this coin about 30 minutes - long enough to photograph it, send an email, and receive an email.

why did you have it?

 

I'd think it would probably go "VG Details- scratched/damaged" or something to that effect.

I'd love to own this one!

He either:

a) bought it;
or
2) robbed someone.

Either way, it was him, and now it ain't

 

but he says he had it for only half an hour, does this mean it arrived and he instantly sold it???

 

I had a standing order for an AMERI. I fired off the pics and he jumped all over it.
