    Maybe it's the photo, but the note 21233212 caught my eye. On the lower right serial number, the first 1 looks like the capital letter i .... the serif at the top of the 1 is weird. Is that so or is it just the photo playing tricks? It could have some more value if that's the case.

    Maybe the writing in the background is playing tricks on my eyes. It does look like an "I" and not a 1.
