Was curious if any experts can tell me what this coin might be worth. I found a 1993 penny with what looks to be light doubling on the 93. is it worth anything?

Welcome. It appears to be a plating issue. It seems that the cents of the early 1990s had plating that got pushed up around the date quite frequently, giving the impression of doubling.

Without better pictures nobody will be able to tell you anything. Most likely though it is either:
    A) Mechanical Doubling
    B) Die Deterioration Doubling
    C) A plating issue

I have a 1993 that showed strong doubling all over in the front and back, but it's just the plating that moved. Looks cool when you find a sting one though.

    "Strong one", not sting one
