Thoughts on this Seated Half?

I've been wanting to add a seated half to my collection for at least a year now. No particular date/mm just a nice example. I found this one which to me seems like a good example. I'd like opinions mainly from people who have some knowledge of the series, however all are welcome and appreciated.
My biggest concern is whether or not it's genuine. Second is would it grade?
I'm also curious of what the approximate grade is? I haven't compared it to the pcgs Photograde or my ANA book yet, but my guess is somewhere around the VF35 range?
    Here are pics.

A nice original coin I just sent a similar 1854 arrows to pcgs and it came back xf-40 about what I'd call yours and yes I think its grade no problem

This seated half appears to be a wholesome, original coin. I agree with your grade of VF-35, and the die crack extending throughout the obverse stars is rather neat.

Nice vf35, though I'd give it an acetone bath to see if that yellow tint would come off

Looks like a great coin to me. I like the "circulated cameo" appearance and the Nawlins mint mark! I think VF-35 is about right too. Nice choice!

Neat die cracks. Xf40. Looks problem free and grade worthy.

Looks like a 40 to me but I would not send it in. Nice coin.
