1908 soverign identification

    miscmay2014 320.jpg miscmay2014 321.jpg this coin was dug up several years ago in newfoundland im trying to find out what country it was struck in as well possible value i know when it was dug up the person scatched it cleaning the dirt off it. thanks any info would be appriciated

    1908 British Sovereign. I would say anywhere from 150-300 but I am new to collecting and could be way off

    This coin is worth what people will pay for it, even with its current condition, it should be worth at least an extra 20% of its gold weight value, somebody out there is looking for this coin, sometimes just having a date on it makes a difference.
