Hand held magnifiers

    Which hald held magnifier(s) do you use/recommend for quickly checking a coin's surface for defects, and where to buy them. I have a jeweler's Loupe which puts too much strain on my eyes. What would be a good magnification for a handheld magnifier. I saw few at jpscorner http://www.jpscorner.com/accessories.htm#Magnifiers

    Stereo microscopes are awesome! 5x-10x works great. I use a Bausch & Lomb 5x handheld magnifier when not at home. Costs less than $10. Good luck.

    sukvrluvr, could you provide a link where I could purchase the Bausch & Lomb 5x handheld magnifier. There is one at the link I listed above. Is that the one you are also referring too? Thanks!
