Thoughts on 1913 ty 1 buffalo

I like this one a lot. What do ya'll think?

Also, I must say it is a huge shame that the buffalo was revised after 1913.

The coin looks to be in the MS63-65 range. The only thing that I would caution is the photo itself. Whoever took it knows how to use the "old" coin-tilt and lighting combination which oftens makes the coin look better than it actually is.

It looks 64-ish to me. I agree, Zaneman, it's a shame what Charles Barber did to the nickel in 1913. Fraser's design was so much better! I think he should have left the mound and incused "Five Cents", but... oh, well.

The buffalo nickel (any year) is still my favorite coin!

 

Wow....that one has great eye appeal. It is a beautiful coin. I would say it is a 63-65 depending on how many hits it has.....I cannot really tell from the pic.
