Hello again everyone, I have another one for anyone who wishes to comment on. Is this what they call a Pouting Lip Lincoln Cent? If so, in it's present condition is it of any value? Thanks in advance.
Thank you, but I still don't know what you mean, LOL. You said that's the design, are you saying that is indeed the Pouting Lip Cent? And if so, does it have any value? Thanks Clutchy.
I never heard of a pouting lip cent until you made this thread. Looks like every other coin from that era
A duck face/kissy face is what a lot of teenage do when taking a pic of themselves. Google duck face selfie
And congratulations. Google already logged in this thread. Google pouting lip cent. You're at the top of the list lmaoooo
Gotcha, I'm new at this so my apologies, I just saw another 2000 and it's almost the same, except this one has a gap under the bottom lip. I didn't know it was just the design for that era, thank you for that.
Yup. If you look at enough cents, you'll start seeing the design changes, like between the years 1968 and 1969. Huge change.
Well I'm certainly off to a good start, I not only check my change, but I get rolls of pennys to look through too, lol. I love the hunt, I don't get discouraged, you never know when you'll come across that gem. But in the mean time, since I don't know much right now I'm going to be relying on you guys for information, hope you don't mind. Thanks.
It just the new ugly way they design Lincoln. I wish they would return to the original design. How can they think this is an improvement??
They probably saw one of your pictures and that was an improvement to it. You do an awesome job I love to see your post with photos. I'm going to suggest CT put in a rule that if Robec reply's it must include a picture.
Thanks Mom. Seriously, that's an awful nice thing to say. Thank you, the thought is very much appreciated.
I have one and its the same this a ape, duck face the lower lip is fatter and sticks out alittle more than it should thanks for this it is nice knowing I am not the only one
