Would this grade Mint State?

    Finally got my 1917 TY1 SLQ. I'm into it for high AU money but am hoping to get at least a 62. What do you think?

    Obverse looks good but the fields on the reverse look ... weird.
    Sort of the "orange peel" effect.

    It looks like a mint state coin to me, but even with the many photos posted I can't say for sure if there is any rub on the Lady's advancing leg. That often separates these into AU vs. MS. As to the texture of the reverse fields, they look fine to me.
