eBay direct reporting to CCW link to be removed?

I have been hearing rumors that the direct link to report items to eBay's numismatic watchdog group is going to stop working tomorrow, May 9th. Apparently some people received notifications from ebay saying this. Can anyone confirm this?

I hope not, that direct link works much better than the "Report Listing" link.

Of course maybe that's why they would want to get rid of it.

 

Yes the normal "report listing" link is useless for coins. I guess we will find out tomorrow if this is true, and if so, whether or not something replaces it.

 

That would be very bad news indeed. I don't use the link as heavily as I used to, but it's really good to have on hand.

I agree that the standard reporting route doesn't appear to have any effect.

 

Link still works as of this post time.

 

Link is still working, but no longer getting confirmation that the report has been received or any email stating it was forwarded to CCW, which previously came within 24 hours.
