2, 2005 Canadian Cents. Made in WRONG PLANCHETS?

    Ober 1.jpg Ober 2.jpg Rev 1.jpg Rev 2.jpg The first cent has Weight 2.26 Grm. Dia 0.751 Thickness 0.059 The second cent has Weight 2.23 Grm. Dia. 0.750 and Thickness 0.055 What I know is that: All the cents made on the year 2005 in the Canadian Mint have a lot of steel in. But this two coin. Have NON MAGNETIC REACTION. So you think can be a good finding because the value?

    The RCM continued striking cents on copper plated zinc blanks until they ran out of them ca. 2010 or so. There is not a lot of rhyme or reason with why they continued striking on copper plated steel and copper plated zinc blanks until that time.
